Builder's Note: Preventing Roof Sagging on 10ft or 12ft Roof Length Sections

For greenhouses featuring roof sections that are 10ft or 12ft in length, take these additional precautions during installation to prevent any sagging or structural bowing in the roof:

1. Use B02 braces at the eaves
   Install the B02 braces along the eaves before proceeding with the roof glass. These braces provide essential lateral support. Run a strop (or temporary tie/strap) through the braces to hold the side walls steady and prevent outward bowing while you install the roof panes.
2. Install rubber beading progressively
   As you fit each pane of roof glass, immediately add the rubber beading (glazing gasket/seal) around it. This adds significant rigidity to the roof structure, helping to lock everything in place and minimize any potential sagging or deflection at the ridge.

Following these steps will ensure the roof remains straight and stable throughout assembly, especially on longer spans where temporary instability is more likely.
